Return Notes
This page explains how our small studio handles returns, exchanges and refund requests for the short list of accessories shown on the products page. Our aim is to make the process simple, calm and respectful, in line with consumer expectations across Canada.
When You Can Return An Item
If a piece does not feel right for your desk once it arrives, you may request a return within thirty calendar days from the day you received it. The item should be in clean, unused condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
How To Start A Return
Returns are arranged by friendly conversation rather than a self-service portal. Please follow these steps:
- Send a short note through the contact page with your order reference and a brief reason for the return.
- Wait for our reply, which will arrive within two working days and confirm the next steps.
- Pack the item carefully, attach the printable label we send you, and drop the parcel at a local courier point or post office.
Refunds And Exchanges
Once the returned item has been received and checked at our studio, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange, depending on what you preferred. Refunds are normally completed within seven to ten working days from the day the parcel arrives back with us.
Items We Cannot Accept
To keep our small range honest and pleasant, a few items cannot be returned:
- Pieces that have been visibly used beyond a brief inspection.
- Items where the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
- Custom or personalised pieces produced specifically for your order.
If a piece arrives at your home damaged or with a fault, please send us a short note within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund without hesitation.
Shipping Costs
For standard returns where you simply changed your mind, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. For returns related to damage, fault or a clear error on our part, we will cover the return shipping ourselves and confirm the details in our reply.
Updates To These Notes
From time to time we may revise this page to reflect new shipping providers or small process improvements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will always show when the most recent revision was made.
